Project has not been started
Service cannot be delivered as agreed
Duplicate payment made by mistake

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed work or delivered services
Change of mind after project approval
Delays caused by lack of client communication or content
Third-party service costs such as hosting, plugins, or domains

Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before development begins. Any completed work up to that point may still be billed.
